The Technology Services Branch provides leadership and support in information and educational technology services to San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools users. This includes long-term planning and delivery of services in the area of educational technology, information systems, software applications, data center operations, telecommunications, network operations, enterprise systems and comprehensive client support services.
Departments within Technology Services include:
Digital Learning Services
Provides educational technology professional development to school districts and families within San Bernardino County. The Organization Management System (OMS) is also part of the Digital Learning Services department. The OMS provides an online workshop registration and reporting system to school districts, county offices of education, the California Department of Education, several educational non-profit organizations, and other specialized programs throughout California.
Technical Services
Provides support in the county schools network and security infrastructure design, manages the helpdesk, and provides web support to our county staff.
